Agendas for Parish Council Meetings are published no less than 7 days before a meeting. In certain cases such as the need to meet the timetable for responding to Planning Applications this may be shorter.
Agendas are put on the Parish Notice Boards on Exton Hill and by the Bridgetown Village Hall. The Agendas are published on the Parish Website. All Agendas have the Parish Council Website address.
